This website, paylo.one, is operated by Paylo One, a business established in the Netherlands and trading under the brand Paylo.One.
Registered address: Lange Viestraat 2B, 3511 BK Utrecht, Netherlands. This is also the address for service of formal notices and correspondence.

2. Contact

Post: Paylo One, Lange Viestraat 2B, 3511 BK Utrecht, Netherlands.
We aim to acknowledge business correspondence within two working days. Formal legal notices must be sent in writing to the postal address above, and should also be sent by email so they reach us promptly.
3. VAT and Professional Regulation
Where Paylo One is registered for value added tax, its VAT identification number is stated on every invoice it issues. It will also be published in this section; if no number appears here, contact us at access@paylo.one for our current VAT status before relying on it for your own accounting.
Systems engineering is not a regulated profession in the Netherlands. Paylo One does not hold a professional licence, is not entered on a professional roll, is not subject to a professional supervisory authority, and is not bound by a professional body's code of conduct. It is bound by the contractual terms of each engagement and by the engineering standard it publishes.
Paylo One does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice, and nothing on this website should be read as any of those.
4. About the Content of This Website
The content of this website is provided for general information about Paylo One and the services it offers. It is not an offer, a quotation, a tender, or a commitment to perform work, and it creates no contractual obligation. Engagements are agreed in a separate written contract, and our Engineering Services Terms apply to them.
Descriptions of capabilities and methods state how we work. They are not a guarantee of any particular outcome, timescale, or result in your specific circumstances, which depend on facts we can only establish through discovery.
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission, and we may change its content at any time without notice.
This site names no clients and describes no client engagements. Client material is confidential and is never published here.
5. Intellectual Property
The text, design, layout, typography, illustrations, and marks on this website are owned by Paylo One or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Paylo. One name and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
You may read, print, and quote short extracts from this site for your own information and for the purpose of evaluating whether to engage us, with attribution. Systematic copying, republication, or commercial reuse requires our written permission.
The repositories we publish on GitHub are a separate matter and are licensed on their own terms, stated in each repository. Those licences, not this notice, govern what you may do with that code and documentation.
6. Liability for This Website
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paylo One excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this website, from its unavailability, or from any error or omission in it. This exclusion does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This website contains links to websites operated by other organisations, including GitHub. Those websites are outside our control. We provide the links for convenience, we do not adopt or endorse their content, and we accept no responsibility for it.
Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement and by our Engineering Services Terms, not by this notice.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
This notice and any dispute arising from the use of this website are governed by the law of the Netherlands. The competent court is the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland, sitting in Utrecht, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Paylo One is not obliged, and does not undertake, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Complaints are handled directly, and you are asked to raise them with us first at access@paylo.one.
